Thanks, Nina. And remember, not too much exercise and training! I've lost a few good drinking buddies to training, it's not nice...

    Kari
Hahahaha... I have had too much of a break from it Kari and I'm happy to be back into it again :) And don't worry, I still like to have a drink (at least once a week) and I take 2 days a week off exercising

I'm studying to be a dietician and I have a theory that people don't take advice from out-of-shape dieticians.
some of us have to train kari, my job demands i be in good physical shape. but when i'm old enough to retire it's couch potato time!!!

Wouldn't that depend on the size of said stone?

It's not that I need to lose weight (though my mum has a metabolism like yours and I wasn't blessed with that gene) it's more my general fitness and maintaining a certain weight. I am diabetic (thanks to paternal genes ) so it's pretty important I don't go above my ideal BMI. I also have to maintain a painfully healthy diet although my 2 downfalls are coffee and champagne

plus I like lots of exercise
