Today

Lol. The very thought of trying to get into some of the Yoga positions is enough to make many of my muscles hurt, especially if I try this one, or indeed many of them (not that I have, or will attempt to).

I think I'll stick with walking, swimming (when it gets a bit warmer) and cycling.

This is about my limit (although I have been a bit out of shape for 6 months hence the sore muscles)

Today I should fix the winch on my truck but I'm kind of in the mood to go to the computer store.

Today I am taking a break. I posted 136 yesterday, and nearly burned my eyeballs out at night.
