Today, I am just reading a lot of posts on SevenForums to catch up from the past week. Trying to Help where I can.

today i got back from my visit to nashville. now off to help some people.

today was exhausting. flew back in from nashville, unpacked, played on here, about to pass out going to bed. night all.

Flu almost gone, boring weekend in bed over. No more fever, nose almost working. Voice still very harsh and deep (sexy, says my wife). Staying home at least a day or two more to be sure.

Good news Kari... You'll be back into to it in no time :)

Today my muscles stopped hurting so I rewarded them with an hour long personal training session. I can feel them going on strike again by tomorrow.

Thanks, Nina. And remember, not too much exercise and training! I've lost a few good drinking buddies to training, it's not nice...

Hahahaha... I have had too much of a break from it Kari and I'm happy to be back into it again :) And don't worry, I still like to have a drink (at least once a week) and I take 2 days a week off exercising

I'm studying to be a dietician and I have a theory that people don't take advice from out-of-shape dieticians.
