What's so important about you're e-mail that people would want to hack it?
Spammers, Zen, Spammers
I hear that people can create spam, but put your e-mail as the return address, doesn't mean they hacked your account, just used you as the fall guy.
Zen00;
Long ago, when people first got tired of having to sift through pages of "advertising e-mail" to find their important communications, they started blocking mail from people / addresses they didn't want to receive. One way to get around these "obstacles" (that is what the spammers see them as) is to fake the return address and either let it get bounced back to you (as if you actually sent it) or return it to your return address. Either way since the email is from you (although faked) your email blocker will not block your own mail. This is just one of many ways to force spam (and other malware attacks) into your email box for you to sort through. Evidently there are enough people who buy this stuff advertised by the spammers because they can make a lot of money doing it?
