Apologies, my dyslexia kicks in now and then.

On May1st at 4pm you could still see it from Berlin.
It is almost due North at 357° - 30° elevation, but at magnitude 7.61, you would need either really good eyesight, binocks, or telescope.

ICit, the link for Stellarium is Stellarium 0.12.0 Just click on the flavor of OS you want at the top of the page.

Links for: Stellarium User Guide - Stellarium Wiki, and manual: Main Page - Stellarium Wiki

This projection is for London at 5pm 05-01-13; North at 356° - 29° elevation, one degree further West, and lower, still magnitude 7.61.

Thanks mate I had it on a little while after I had posted back and I found my coordinates and wow I know where I can find Saturn now and everything about this app is just gobsmacking!!
I have spent many an hour out on the back lawn with my son when he was younger watching the satellites travel across the sky and now I can see them at normal speed and speeded up etc and also what is on tomorrow night and the night after.

The fellow who did this software up is something else isn't he?

    Thanks again

    John
