I have developed a new app, seeking advice on how to expose it

I have created a new Lottery analysis application for the Powerball and Mega Millions lottery games. It is freeware with a Creative Commons license. It is free to download, install, run, and distribute. Can I link to my newly created website here, or if not, can someone suggest some good forums I can post the link to the website to? Like I said, the application is completely free and I only ask for donations on the website.

It's a fast, low-memory-usage program created using Visual Basic, so It requires .Net Framework 4.0 or 4.5 to run. Instructions on checking for .Net versions on on the website.

Any replies are appreciated. If it's OK to post a link, I'll do so.

    Thanks,
    Tom English

I think you should upload it to sites which accept software submissions like Cnet.com, Softpedia.com etc

If it's open source, SourceForge is an excellent place to start. Codeplex has nice options too.

Given that you already have a website, make sure it's well rated on Google, by keywords based on functionality mainly. Links on blogs, friends pages or banner exchange may help too. Or if you want to expend some money, buying some advertisement may greatly help too (doubt for a free project).
