Receiving notifications

I am receiving notifications of posts 2 days after they are posted, how to I change this setting?

You should not be getting them after two days though, if you want to forward them back to the site support email that they came from I can take a look at the headers and see if I can see a fault.

ok, what I had was "Daily", but like I said they were coming about every 2 days.

Here you go, I just received a notification from this post after changing them to "Instant" in options and you can see how long it is taking.

Question: Are notifications sent based on the "Options setting" when the post was made? Even with this, my option was set to daily and they are coming in after 2 days.

Yeah they are all set to the option that was default when the post was made, can you forward the email back to the address it came from so I can check the headers.
