    CPU: Intel i7 975 Extreme
    RAM: 8GB DDR3
    GPU: 3x 5870 crossfire
    PSU: 800W
    HDD: 3x 300GB Raptor drives
    Case: SilverStone TJ05S
    Monitor: Big 24" OLED Screen
Other: Plenty of fans for cooling
I am with you on RAM, case and GPU

    But why not

    PSU: 1000w Corsair
    HDD: 2x 128 gb SSD + 2x 1 GB Samsungs
    Monitor: 2x 42" Samsung LED

    Just an idea
    lol

I 800W was just the first number that came into my head.

And don't SSD's wearout over time? And I'd rather have small monitors for the PC and monster ones for the PS3.

The SSDs wear out no faster than mechanical drives really.

And I agree with the whole 24" OLED monitor (that would be worth about 5,000 or so).

    Screen: 17" 1200p resolution
Other: Memory card drive, HDMI, firewire, 4x USB
    OS: Windows 7 x64 Pro

    But my current laptop is:

    CPU: Intel Core2Duo T5750 @2.0Ghz, 667Mhz FSB, 2MB cache

    Obsidian anyone?

Obsidian anyone? Love these cases it has to be the best case on the planet (unless you know better of course). Love the grommets for cable management and the motherboard trap door to remove your heat sink and love the ... could go on for ever. Supremely well thought out case.

That's a lot of money for a mid-tower; I like the cable management idea. :)

Yeah, that is a great case. I've got an Antec P182 that I like quite a lot. One big advantage to this case is the cutaway for installing the CPU cooler without having to pull the mobo. It's a great idea....but not sure if it's worth 2x the price of the P182/183.

    obsidian

it's a full tower case and you can't really see but besides the grommets it also has two detachable cover housings which also cover up all the HDD and SDD slot mount bays. HDD's and SSD's are both hot swappable and the HDD fan takes air behind the mobo and sends it underneath and out through rear vents. The only faults that I have seen with the case is the window is a little low spec and when removing the protective clear film on the front panel if you do it too fast it takes off paint from the white corsair logo.

Each of the side panels have their own button at the rear of the case which when pressed releases the panel - OMG!!!
