it's a full tower case and you can't really see but besides the grommets it also has two detachable cover housings which also cover up all the HDD and SDD slot mount bays. HDD's and SSD's are both hot swappable and the HDD fan takes air behind the mobo and sends it underneath and out through rear vents. The only faults that I have seen with the case is the window is a little low spec and when removing the protective clear film on the front panel if you do it too fast it takes off paint from the white corsair logo.

Each of the side panels have their own button at the rear of the case which when pressed releases the panel - OMG!!!
That is a very nice case!

CPU: Phenom II 965... (yes i know its slower than a I7 but i'm a fanboy so live with it )
You're an AMD fanboy? We'd have never have guessed that.

My dream rig would be the case I have now, or the Nvidia edition Silverstone case. They're not the largest cases, but I love their design.

Mobo - EVGA X58 SLI LE, Intel X58 just for the fact it's all black.
RAM - Corsair Dominator 1600/2000MHz. I would get the GT, but it has red heatsinks, so wouldn't contrast well with the black/green theme.
    CPU - Intel i7 965/975
Cooling - A Laing DDC-1T Ultra 18w, with a Black ICE GT eXtreme 480 rad, 4x decent green LED fans, with green cooling liquid.
Graphic cards - Geforce 285 SLI, or single PCB 295s quad-SLI.
Sound card - Asus Xonar HDAV 1.3
    Speakers - Logitech Z5500s
    PSU - Corsair 1000w
    Monitor - A Dell 24" that I have now, or 26".
HDD/SSD - Couple of high capacity SSDs in RAID 0 for Windows/frequently used programs and couple of high performance HDDs for storage/everything else
    Mouse - Logitech G500
    Keyboard - Logitech G19

Looks awesome and I nearly ordered one but discovered it can only do x16/x8 when Crossfired/SLI

Also the NB heatsink isn't all that good and some have reported 60c+ idle temps.

    Changed my mind

    changed my mind, too common!!

this is THE ONE - EVGA X58 Classified 4-Way SLI

"EVGA is proud to announce the world's first 4-Way SLI motherboard, the EVGA X58 Classified 4-Way SLI Edition, this motherboard has an impressive 7 PCIe Expansion slots allowing you to combine up to 4 EVGA GTX 285 Graphics cards for extreme performance!
Important note: a case with 9 or more expansion slots is required, 10 for 4-Way SLI. See this page for a list of compatible PC cases."

won't fit in the Corsair Obsidian

Is that EVGA motherboard hinting that the GT300 series will support 4 way SLI as it's not currently possible with todays cards. Only ATI cards can have a 4 way setup.
