Never! It looks really good enit, you can see each strand of hair in Tomb Raider.
I'm still lost in the Nvidia control panel lol. I see a lot of people use Nvidia inspector to tweak the driver for different games and oc'n but it looks a bit over my head but people seem to be getting good results with it.

when you overclock the CPU do you use FSB because that makes the memory faster if you are doing just multi that might be your issue CPU might be Bottlenecking you not sure but I noticed that you have a formula board you should have sick results

also keep in mind if you use the FSB with the Corsair ram I would max oc it to 1765mhz you can get 1800mhz stock voltage but performance degrades so taking it to 1744 to 1765mhz HT2400
your chip will scream some more

So you don't get the tressfx effects with the 670's ?

No mate i've not really messed with the fsb much since i first got my cpu. I know i'd get better results but just have'nt got around to it trying again. Thats probably just down to patience though
I'll have a day at it some time soon and see what i can come up with.

At the moment it 22.5 multi on the cpu, Cpu/nb 2400, HT 2400 and ram @ 1600 stock timmings.
Edit i think it was around 1760 ish i had it beofre but not stable so gabe up trying with the mem.

well not all ram is the same but I found my peak at about 1765 on stock voltage but degrades at 1800mhz

if you get the ram to a 218 FSB and a Multi of 21 should be your overoverclock or Multi 20 fsb 220 1.46 v-core llc high on both Power optimized power delivery high

Corsair is good about RMA but for you the waiting time is insane in the meantime throw on a stock cooler or a cheap aftermarket one till your H100 comes back your overclock is mild so it wouldn't be to bad to go stock till it comes back

Its still got about 10 days warranty left with the online store i bought it from so it should be quicker than sending it to corsair. Hopefully! but yeah i'll have to find another cooler for the time being.

Yeah I would get to work on that they might just do a even exchange which will be a plus and no longer then 5 to 7 days of waiting time

I just sent one of my waterloops to Antec 620 khuler I have another one I installed already so when I get this new one that I am waiting on along with the new AX850 I have im going to either get the other buildozer rig going or keep it throw a 3770k and a Asrock board and I still have a 6870 with lucid MVP I could increase it to 7870 or better just a thought though because at this point there would be no need

so in long run be smarter just to build around my other bulldozer 8120 and try to sell it for atleast 1000 with all the sh*ts and Giggles

Yeah i'm gonna have to mate as this noise is doing my head right in, it's not very loud but its loud enough to really anoy me lol. I'll start the process with the seller but it will be 2 wks b4 i can get another coole to tide me over. Ebuyer are'nt the quickest with their rma's.
Lol been stocking up on parts ent ya If it was me i'd chuck it all together n cash it in if it was just sat doing nothing. Otherwise selling it later will net you a lot less enit. Unless you have a use for it that is.

true I could get about 200.00 back for it
and 60 bucks for the cooler in reality though im going to rotate and give someone my old AM2+ with a 965BE and 8 gigs of ram 750Gb Seagate im keeping my SSD from that rig Corsair force 80Gb
also a HD5770 installed 600w coolmax yes cheap Psu my first one at the time didn't know better lol but it works so i'll give that one to dad and go ahead and hook the other one up to be a newer generation so they'll last a while and I can always get another 8350 and get it up to full scale
