Liver problems from large doses medicines and blood transfusions the past several years.
Not alcohol or hepatitis.
Been tested not hep.
No street drugs.
It amounts to end stage chirrosis of the liver. No transplant. My heart won't make it through surgery.

It may stabilize or improve slightly but not a good outlook by doctors.
Stay home be positive and comfortable. Go in hospital a day here and there when needed like yesterday.
Screw the hospital long term or a hospice.
Hello Mike mate this could be due to a number of things and doubtless they have told you why it is so. For what it is worth through 40+ years of being an RN I do have an idea of what you are going through and I think personally you are doing the right thing.
If you ever need any advice or information even though I guess you have been flooded with that I am always on the end of the message line

Enlarged heart. Cardiomeglia.
Tricuspid valve has extreme leakage which is causing some liver portal problem ??? accelerating liver failure.
