Thats strange mine is right on. Maybe your discrepancies is in network lag or distance from the server or a combination of both

Mine is right on as well. Do those that show a discrepancy have their machines set to synchronize with an internet source? Mine is set to synchronize with time.windows.com.

Had to re-synchronize time with a different server as I was originally more than 53 seconds off.

    Time check

    Another one: Accurate Time

Mine's off by 54 seconds. I need to temporarily disable software that blocks connection to time servers if I want to sync time - usually once every week.

I block connection for the following reasons - see:

    PORT 123 – Information

Network Time Protocol attacks: as easy as (UDP port) 123

    Maybe I'm being over-cautious!

Are you operating a server? If so, you are right to be cautious but not so much if you are just running a stand alone PC with an internet connection.
