We too get some relief if its a Bank Holiday in Ireland.

Last week of my holiday

As kind of a treat to myself for surviving the holidays I just ordered the collected works of Haruki Murakami, Slajov Zizek and Franz Kafka!
That'll be a nice 200+ hours of solid reading

I had to work today.... neither of the two staff told me I had to work bank holiday. I managed to get some scraps of conversation from other workers (usually complaints having to work bank holiday) to give me an idea about whether I actually had to turn up. It was a slow Monday too
