Yikes, 7.8 is a whopper! I've been in many, and a 7.1 in 1989, and the ground was rockin'

Set up at a new spot today...... open Thursday I think. In a very foul mood and thinking of getting drunk as soon as I get offline. On a brighter note...... only about 5 more weeks till the winter off-time, and brothers and sisters am I READY for it this year! Be nice to spend my time here with people who can at least think themselves out of a paper bag.

Just keeps getting better and better today....... as I look out the window I see thats its raining and yes.... I walked to this McDonalds. Coors will be selling an extra 12 pack today for sure!

Today I have broken up with my girlfriend.
I can't say that I feel sad, if anything I feel more free. We mutually agreed on this anyway, so I guess that it's for the best of both of us.

Well .... it sounds like you can..... but still I would tell you to take it easy.

If a mutual understanding go even upto break-up, it must be some serious mutual understanding :)

    Thanks mates

Basically she'll go study in Amsterdam in February, which is on the other side of the country, and I'm going to study in either London or Paris next year, and we both agreed that it'd be best to start anew with our studies, instead of something like a relationship holding you back.
I also started to get the feeling that we were more buddies than lovers, so our relation wasn't there to last anyway.

I must say that I usually don't take break ups bad, this time neither, but it was kind of a shock for her when I suggested it, although she did understand and agree after I explained everything. It felt like the good thing to do.

I'm going to take it easy for the rest of the week, only follow lectures and no seminars, only assist in a few threads here and then it's back to single life I guess Haven't been single in ages.. That'll defo take some getting used to!

Also, on a brighter note, I got myself a new avatar! Something a tad more fitting than a space faring sloth.
