yeah he added the ladder and the Deadpool figure, said Deadpool was cutting the cake with his swords , he did have a lego shark eating the corner at one point, it was nice seeing him interact with his cake as most cakes get looked at,candles blown then eaten,
this one he got to play with before our meal.

i reckon i could whip up a bottle of malt scuplting it out of mashed potatoes. maybe use peas and sweetcorn for the label and a drizzle of iron bru to give it that authentic liquid look .
i would sprinkle it with sugar but you whisky drinkers dont usually have a sweet tooth.

as he loves lego we came up with the idea of a lego block decorated with a couple of minifigures from the series 11 that he doesn't already have.
icing it should be a challenge ,i had the idea of using a swiss roll and slicing it so they become the studs on the top of the cake. covering them will be tricky
anyhow i will take some pics along the way.
mix is made and about to go in the oven.

like most home bakes ive tried something always cocks up. anyway as it was for a five year old we just about got away with it.
