Not to brag or anything, but one day Mr. Daniel and I were walking around the springs. I happened to mention that if he charred the inside of the aging barrels his whiskey would have a smokey flavor which would add to its character.

I think you will find that Whisky came before Whiskey, but then the Americans never could spell.
