2 cups. One at breakfast. One at lunch. But not all the time at lunch, say 3 x a wk tops
Nil here for me also.
Although I drink a couple of cans of Diet Coke. That gives me some form of caffeine hit.
I mainly drink tea now. I used to drink a fair bit of instant coffee. Brewed coffee when I'm out but more than one cup starts to give me the shakes.
Not a drop here either, never have. I drink water all day. Have a glass or Dr.Pepper or Lemonade with dinner. Replaced sodas all day with water a few years ago. A Guy
Not in the end drink apparently.
Caffeine - Wikipedia, the free encyclopediaTea contains more caffeine than coffee by dry weight. A typical serving, however, contains much less, since tea is normally brewed much weaker. Also contributing to caffeine content are growing conditions, processing techniques, and other variables. Thus, certain types of tea may contain somewhat more caffeine than other teas.

My in take during the day is via the instant kind, the filter coffee machine though goes on once a day after dinner and I have 2 mugs from that.
Years ago I would drink tea but don't touch it these days, I like my coffee too much, it doesn't give me any troubles like headaches etc. so I carry on and have no intentions of altering the habit.
For me its a full 12 cups brewed each morning and on any given day I will drink 80-100% of that pot. Then switch to water and will drink 3-6 liters of water. When I think about it I really give my bladder a workout.....not sure that's a good thing?
