Hmm, this is tricky. I think you've got me on this one. Unless you're allowed to take them from the middle and put them on the edge? Does every row and column have to have matches?

I give answer in an hour or so .

Last try: You have exactly 20 matches as shown in the picture. Moving (relocating) 4 matches you should end with each row and column having 5 matches, keeping the general square form. No sharing; each match may belong to one row and one column only.

The solution is very simple but, as mentioned, unorthodox.
