I use a FreeWare program called PIXresizer to resize my avatars

That program dose make it smaller but dose not make it move

moving/renaming system32 commands on win 7 doesnt work as expecte
Say I move ping.exe or netstat.exe from the system32 folder and run the command. I know the command runs (used wireshark for ping.exe to capture packets) but the display on the screen is messed up - nothing shows up. Any idea why? Is this a feature of windows 7? How can I work around this? ...

Moving hard drive from one computer to another, will it work?
Hello, I am planning on building a new computer. I was wondering if my current hard drive that is running Windows 7 64bit upgraded from windows vista would work in the new computer? It is a 750Gb sata HDD. The computer I am on now is a gateway lx6200-01. Thank you.
