Go with Nokia if your looking cheap maybe Nokia 5230 if you can get your hands on it. Ran great for 3 years for me survived drops on concrete and when my brother dropped it in the toilet

Hey, go for Micromax. In the price range you've mentioned, you can get a lot options from this company and lot of features as well. I am also using Micromax Canvas 4. I find it best phone in its price range.
