The problem wasn't in the design of the building but in the initial reporting.
Now that info just made me lose all faith in news reporters.
I've had no faith in reporters since I was in high school (half a century ago) and saw events I personally observed being misreported. Many of the ones I see now are horribly biased and/or total idiots.

I bought this laptop a while ago. There was already Windows 7 installed on it and running perfectly.
I was dumb and decided to install a new fresh copy of win 7 on it without backing up the drivers.
After the install i didnt know where to find the drivers , so i googled and downloaded them...

I have raised a zip file, attached, but this is not quite your usual BSOD. Running Railworks or Open BVE, or playing simple games, my computer just loses the video signal, accompanied by a loud buzzing through the speakers. The only way to recover is to hold the power button and reboot.
