    Thumbs up for ASUS


    I just installed a P8H77i mobo in one of those Lian Li train cases, not much room to work and time consuming to swap out MB's. Anyway, my MB turns out to have a fault, when removed from AC power it does not retain the BIOS. Changed batteries, check the clear cmos jumper, all OK. So I call ASUS this AM and it was very painless. I have a replacement board coming and I well return the defective board when I do the swap. Darn good customer service. Color me

    Yeah. I'm going to have to go with "you're lucky".


    I owned an ASUS Rampage Extreme. I spent HOURS trying to find out who the hell to call. The number on the packaging was discontinued, the links just took you in circles, I refuse to buy anymore ASUS Products because of my experience with them. But thats just me.

    Some people hate EVGA and think their CSR's are a load of crock, but again, opposite here.

    Congrats though. I'm still waiting to hear back from there, 3 years later. No emails, even NewEgg couldn't give me the right number.

    I had brilliant service from them with my Notebook. I'd not long had it when I had problems and in the space of a week the machine had been picked up via secure courier been mended and returned to me also via the same courier.

    It had had the motherboard replaced and has been fine since so I'm very impressed with their service.

    Always had great service from them. And I actually get someone I can understand. They speak clearly and are patient with you. I love that. They also believe me when I say what I have tried, instead of msi and insist I am doing something wrong.

    The msi incident the board was doa, but they refused to believe it.
