    iPhone security

    Hey guys,

What's the best iPhone virus guard out there? Free or paid?

    Thanks

There is none. Plus even if there was, apple would not allow it in there appstore.

In short, you are kind of dependent on apple for security. Luckily, security on apple devices is not hard. Same with Android. Pay attention to reviews on apps before you download, as well as having a pin on your device.

With android, you get the added benefit of the app listing what it is able to access on your phone by way of permissions. Sadly IDevices do not have this feature.

Don't download anything outside of the App store, I don't download any content from outside the Google Play store, and always read the reviews from users about the applications.

Idevices cannot download from other app stores unless you jailbreak them. Android is open out of the box, so it does not need to be hacked in order to use another app store. (Like amazons for example.)

    But a very good point.

Extended warrantee is usually all you need besides good user practices as already posted.
