There are many people in the world who owe you their gratitude for your professional manner and efficient analysis of issues on their machines that culminated in a resolution.

Our conversations are always enjoyable, even if it takes a little longer because of misinterpreted language.
There was one really long conversation where we kept apologizing to each other - funny stuff.
