This is me: I do not know how to comfort my wife so she's alone in garden, while I'm surfing the net.

Kari, my freind, of course you do not know what to do or say, this is normal, say and do nothing, just go and be with your Angie. just you being together will help both of you get through this

There is no better way to comfort your dear wife than just to be there in spirit and physically. Hold her hand, give her a hug. People who are in love can communicate very well even without saying anything at all.

I'm so sorry to hear this my friend. You both can take solace in knowing you were always there for Mutti. Angie was even there with her towards the end. Angie knows you, she knows you are hurting for her as well as yourself. As Gary says, love does not have to be spoken. Small things will speak great words. Sometimes just sitting together is enough. My condolences to you and Angie both. Hug for you both as well, I am not ashamed by that. Bill

I want to thank all of you dear fellow geeks for your condolences, each word is forwarded to my Angie. A lot of practical things to take care of, can be I am a bit inactive here a couple of days, although I have to admit the whole computing stuff in general and these forums in particular work as therapy for me.

Kari, take all the time you need mate, your focus should be with Angie for a few, or several, days. :)
