I just woke up .. been asleep but no work tonight ! .. think I will have a little drink
I hope the rain keeps off for you. I need to cut my grass but it is a bit too wet (that's my excuse anyway)
At the end of my garden (the previous owner) planted two shrubs they now have berry's but I'm not sure what type of shrubs they are ?
Haven't found a picture yet, but sounds right.
Oregon Grape
- Oregon grape (Berberis spp.) is a barberry bush belonging to the plant family Berberidaceae. This evergreen plant grows to heights of 1 to 2 feet tall. Oregon grape bushes have holly-like leaves that develop in clusters of five to 19 leaflets in an alternate arrangement. The dark green leaflets have spines along the margins of the foliage. In the wintertime, the foliage of the Oregon grape changes to a reddish-purple shade. Oregon grape bushes are native to Asia, Africa, Europe and North and South America. The fruit of the Oregon grape has a dark blue color and is an ingredient used in jams, wine and jelly.
