    Oh right, I've just got TV with them but my broadband is with BT and I've just had a new router.
    I'd had the other one for a few years and it was starting to drop connections too much for me, it was the version 2 of BTs Home Hub, I've now got a version 3 which the chap said was more stable than version 4, they're at version 5 now but that's mainly if you've got Infinity or Fibre Optic and there's no chance of that coming to me.

    SKY said I would have to pay £34 for a new router but they will credit my next bill by £34 so I get there latest free as being a long standing customer :)
