Whiskey bottles don't have labels like medicine bottles do.
They don't tell you when to use the whiskey or the amount needed.
So I use the BAD method.
BAD= Before, After, During method.
All my life 4 to 5 hours sleep was all I needed each day. I worked 5, 6, 7 days a week. Some time I wouldn't sleep for a couple of days. Never knew why.
After I retired I sleep a lot. Some times in the winter I get my days and nights backwards and I don't know why.
Sleep in the daytime and awake all night.
I was always told that some people just need more sleep than others.
