Today [14.2¾]

Today I'm going to a sleep clinic for a "test drive", to nap in a dark room with all possible electrons and devices connected to me, and to discuss how we go further with finding a cause and maybe treatment for my insomnia.

Never been good at doing as told so I'm not sure I can nap today.

Hey Kari, I know you must have tried everything. But, my granma used to give me hot milk when I was not able to sleep. It actually helped me a lot.
