When the amp for my Buttkicker blew I started to innate an RMA since it was still in the 12mth warranty period, but then my wife passed away, I kind of forgot all about it.

(It makes your seat rumble. Have it in my racing sim setup. Great for immersion etc)

The other day I finally got round to contacting the vendor - I mentioned my wife passed away around the same time hence the long time in "getting around to it". By then it was out the 12mth period so I was up for all costs etc and I expected to have pay some $$$ to sort it it all out.

To my pleasant surprise, the manager passed on his condolences and offered me a brand new replacement at half price, fully shipped for $75 :)

Much cheaper than I was expecting and no need to play the shipping back and forth game of the old unit.

They didn't have to do that. It's nice to know that there are still some genuinely nice people out there.

That's wonderful Patrick, I agree there are still some good people around and it's nice to know you've been able to save some money.
