Thanks geeks. It was an interesting day. The strange part was that although I'm being treated for insomnia, the nurse was angry because I could not sleep when told so :).

Thanks geeks. Have to find a way to be able to sleep, so I'm up to anything.
Hey Kari, I know you must have tried everything. But, my granma used to give me hot milk when I was not able to sleep. It actually helped me a lot.
We Finns prefer hot vodka (vodka and boiling water, half and half, a bit of sugar and lemon).

I go along with Archie as she probably had a nap in mind while you slept.
Vodka and Hot Water with lemon sounds good. It's the sugar you don't need!
Here's hoping you, Kari, get the sleep problem under control.

Today I'm going to a sleep clinic for a "test drive", to nap in a dark room with all possible electrons and devices connected to me, and to discuss how we go further with finding a cause and maybe treatment for my insomnia.
Never been good at doing as told so I'm not sure I can nap today.
There are so many theories about electronic radiations, etc. disrupting normal brainwaves and sleep cycles. I don't know if any is true, but perhaps there is something environmental involved as well. I sure hope they can figure something out for you. A Guy

Today I got a great sense of satisfaction in being able to clean a friends PC of rogue-ware that almost fooled him into clicking the "Click here to register and clean infections" button. I'm not sure if...
