In the eastern part of India, the toads are terribly bad. However faster a car may be, the road will not allow it to run fast. Plus terrible traffic.
With a bike I can dodge the traffic at will.
Plus, there is a level crossing in front of my home. Once the gate is down, you have to wait for 30 minutes. With a bike I can take a way which is not a road actually ... and avoid the waiting time.

My Dear Angelika's mother Brigitta, my beloved mother-in-law died tonight. I have had some tough situations in my life but have never felt so despairing; I do not know how to comfort Angie. She's now the last of both sides of her family, me and my my family being all she has. She's so sad I would give my place in heaven to comfort her but don't know how.
