Use any brand server hard drive caddy in any brand server?

First of all, I have no idea where this post should be as there does not seem to be a server section. Second of all, I am unfamiliar with servers. I am purchasing a Lenovo TS130 1105 as a cheap home media/backup server. I already have a couple of 2TB drives that I would like use in this but as far as I know it requires you to use hard drive caddys rather than like a regular desktop computer. Do you have to purchase a Lenovo branded hard drive caddy or are they sort-of universal? Because, I found a cheap dell one for only $6 Dell PowerEdge Server 2950 3 5" HDD Bay Filler Tray Caddy G7609 Hot Swap | eBay or do I have to purchase an expensive Lenovo bay?

If you are wondering: I am purchasing this particular model because it is the cheapest I could find and I can get a special price from a friend. :)

    Thanks in advance!

The dell part you link looks like it's just the front bay cover and not the caddy, tbh buying a server for your needs seems overkill, just a very low end PC with a lot of SATA ports and a fast network card would do.

That Lenovo uses SATA so any cheap SATA caddy should do the trick.
