    We are using a lot newer php version and a completely new cache system so that could account for what you are seeing, the hardware shouldn't make too much difference other than add capacity for growth.

I have a client who is running windows 7 as a server and has run out of inbound connections of 20. I can't find a solution or an answer to whether I can simply upgrade windows 7 to windows server 2012? or W7 > W8.1 > WSE2012 ? Would anybody know? Thank you in advance
