You found that following the link, the second list there which I did not post is about the return percentage, how many products were returned within 7 days which in Finland means you get your money back, no questions asked.

Here's Finnish 101, translating that König 5.8 GHz langaton - värivalvontakamerajärjestelmä:

1. Langaton = Wireless
2. Väri = Color
3. Valvonta = Surveillance
4. Kamera = Camera
5. Järjestelmä = System

So all together it is Langaton värivalvontakamerajärjestelmä (a compound, consisting of four words) = Wireless Color Surveillance Camera System.
