Stress management, life is always a fight, life is a balancing act, and requires both patience, and understanding. And, not just understanding, of time, but carefulness, as time, though decving, is the most limited, and the most fleeting. Unfortitaly, it is also the most taken for granted. Also, in life, there must also be careful decisions made, as the very desions, though sometimes takes years to transpire, affect our very being. And, as stating as such, care must be exercised as the very events will stay with a person, not just for a while, but, quite frequently, for life. And, finally, remember, everyone says, "follow your heart", but the heart is deceptive, and quite frequently leads you down dark roads.
(This actually came to me this afternoon, and had to write it up)
(also, i kept the original format, but one could call it rules of stress management, or why we need stress management!!! :) )
