That's neat.
If the new SimCity ran like that it might actually be a good sim, but wait the dark EA cloud is behind it.
When in Hamburg we usually stay at the guest rooms of the Finnish Seamen's Mission in Landungsbrücken part of the city, the harbour. This MINIATUR WUNDERLAND is only a few minutes walk from there, belonging to one of the places I never miss when in Hamburg. It's fabulous, I wholeheartedly recommend to everyone visiting Hamburg.
Just a warning: don't even think you could visit there if you only have a few hours. You'll need a day :).

There was a segment of the show, how the vehicles have electronics that can tell when they are low on battery power and will direct themselves autonomously back to an off stage area to recharge themselves.
Some behind the scenes pictures, the fifth one down is the recharging station:Vehicle recharging station. Vehicles arrive, park with their wing mirrors touching the copper charging terminals and recharge. Ingenious!
