I ordered my two lifetime licenses Friday and still haven't received them. The Not-So-Fresh-Hen Fruit company filled the order and charged PayPal the same day (at least they filled the order immediately, unlike Amazon), then shipped it via their equivalent of dogsled in summer. What really bites my ample asset (besides tall dogs with poor taste) is they treat my address as a residential address even though it is a commercial address (I use a private mail service, aka a PMB; the PMB in my address should have been their first clue). Here is the timeline so far (read from bottom to top):

1/14/2014 4:48 AM MT Tempe, AZ, US

ARRIVAL AT POST OFFICE 1/13/2014 3:32 AM MT

Phoenix, AZ, US TENDERED TO USPS 1/11/2014 5:59 AM PT

Compton, CA, US DEPARTURE DHL GLOBAL MAIL FACILITY 1/10/2014 11:06 PM PT

Compton, CA, US PROCESSED 1/10/2014 9:06 PM PT Compton, CA, US

ARRIVAL DHL GLOBAL MAIL FACILITY 1/10/2014 9:06 PM PT Rowland Heights, CA, US

PICKED UP BY SHIPPING PARTNER 1/10/2014 8:30 PM LT, , US

    ELECTRONIC NOTIFICATION RECEIVED

That they shipped to the Phoenix Post office when the Tempe Post office is the main Post office for the Phoenix area, especially since the delivery address is in Tempe, makes no sense at all.

The USPS is the worst bottleneck in the process. Once something is delivered to them, it takes them forever to make the final delivery. Their tracking is even worse. it takes as much as 12 hours or more for anything to show up on their tracking. USPS also doesn't require a signature when they deliver to a commercial address (technically, they do but the person delivering will just put down something like front desk). One of the main reasons I pay for a private mail service is so I can get a record of who physically received a package for me (the other main reason is to prevent carriers from just dropping packages on my doorstep or putting mail in an unsecured mailbox where anyone and their dog can run off with them). With the way USPS service is becoming so bad, its no small wonder the USPS is going down the tubes. There is a remote chance it will be delivered today but I'm not holding my breath.

All this for a lousy 400 miles. Yeesh. I shouldn't be so upset since I already have two lifetime licenses in use and these are just spares I wanted to get while I could so there is no need to be in a rush, but, after having worked Shipping & Receiving off and on for 30 years, such gross inefficiency is galling.

At least you don't need them right away...
As an fyi, the "v1" licenses are transferable, so you always have that option if you ever need it "asap" for getting a new PC.
All my systems have MBAM Pro, so I don't need new licenses...but it seemed to be a good idea to "get it while you can"...
Some folks I help might be better off with MBAM real-time.

I was aware they were transferrable but thanks for the FYI. I got them mainly on the odd chance I should ever get a third machine (really odd since I don't know where I would put the thing) and should someone I know ever need one.

    I'm in the same boat!
I have a 3rd PC that's been in the closet for years - don't have any idea what it might do if I tried to fire it up.

One of my new one's will go on the new laptop I'm ordering today and the other will be a "just in case" extra.
My closet has two scavenged machines and box's of "you never know" spare parts.
