Very helpful & useful information. Hopefully everyone will read it & take note.
I have been receiving calls for about 3 years, from such a firm, that have assured me they are here in Australia & are legitimate, but I know that is a lie & they are most likely located in India.
Now when they ring I tell them they are bogus & a scam & should be arrested & they hang up immediately, but the calls still keep coming from time to time.

    Good links Andrew :)
I've had this one for a while,
    http://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/security/online-privacy/avoid-phone-scams.aspx
    Which is your top link

The other links I believe are available via the first link,
    Cheers.
