I'm sooo envious

Every time I post a B/day greeting to someone & see all the neat usually animated greetings by you guys, I wish I knew how so am finally getting around to ask. What special programs or ? do I need to install to get all those cuties & be able to use them in posts?

There are lots of site around that do free smileys but I use a program called Smileycons by Cloudeight.

There are many free smileys and related graphics on the net (try - Happy Birthday Pics - in Google, click on the image you want to show full size then right click and save to your Computer (remember your downloading from the Net so its a good idea to let your security scan your downloads) now you can upload the image to your post :)
