I would call this a moot point, in other words, for once, we both agree with each other.
Our lass however has tried acetone free stuff and she maintains it wouldn't pull shit off a blanket.

I used to use Lighter fluid to clean tape heads. May be flammable but it did the job. I maintained all the equipment in a recording studio in Kansas City Mo. The studio had a 4 track Tascam and 2 track Ampex (the ampex was used for making the master tape).
