Thank you for sharing this! Some stunning flowers on that board. :)
I always thought Century Plants were rare bloomers but I've had eight bloom in the last three years. There's four in a cluster right now.
We have one plant, a night blooming cereus, that I've only seen bloom once in 20 years. I was lucky one night to catch it opening and watched it for a few hours until it was done. I've seen the evidence of a bloom a 3 or 4 times, though.

I have one of these in my basement for the winter. Just the bulb with no water and no light sitting in a bucket and this is what happened.
I waited to make sure their would be no frost and planted it outside again, not a good thing.
A huge storm came along with very high winds, hail, ect and beat up on it.
Now I'm down to just the bulb waiting for something to happen.
I waited 3 years for it to bloom and I have no idea I will have to wait for it to bloom again.
