Having recently gone through a similar situation with my Dad, I know the impact this has on your son, your family, as well as yourself. Prayers for comfort, peace, and healing for your son, your family, and yourself.

On a positive note they are taking my son Matt to be evaluated for removal of the drain tubes in his head today. His recovery is extremely unusual according to the Doc. He is showing no ill effects from the aneurysm and says he is determined to change his diet and habits. He doesn't smoke and only drank occasionally (read once or twice in 3 months) so it is his eating habits that will need to be changed.

On another Positive note, it seems I have made Guru without posting much this month :) Thanks for the rep Derekimo.

Thank you all for your support. It is with heavy heart that I found out about Gary / Britton30 and he will be sorely missed. My Son is recovering quickly and it seems we escaped a close call with the aneurysm. I am closing this thread as it seems I have been shown once again that our own problems and issues are far less than we perceive them to be. Others have bigger issues. My condolences to his Wife and family.
