OMG! I can't believe it. I was just reading his posts last night. I'm heartbroken. Gary was one of a select few you could count on to help when things looked unsolvable. This is a huge loss to all of us he left behind. My prayers go out to the family and to all his friends in hopes that their pain is eased knowing he is in good hands now. We shall forever remember and miss Gary's contributions to the computer world and our lives.

Good Bye, my friend. I'm in tears.

My heart and prayers are with Gary's family. I'm 'stunned', like most of you have already said.
I'm so sad about this awful news.

This is shocking news. I don't know what to say. It was just too sudden.

    The Howling Wolves said:
Just talked to Pam and will keep you posted on services. He may not have died from a heart attack as he fell and hit his head on a chair or desk. The autopsy report will determine the cause of death.

He had no burial insurance of any kind but Pam may have found an organization that will do the cremation for free.
I told her not to worry as I and others will help her in the costs as some of us did for Mike.

Will keep you posted as she won't know anymore until tomorrow or the next few days.
I am sure he is up there with Mike bragging about his Most Valuable Person award.

    May they both RIP!
    THW
Well I am still just dumbstruck as we were great friends and I shall miss him greatly. If someone is going to organize a collection to help Pam out I am more than happy to help with a little something if anyone does organize anything please PM me and let me know. I can arrange something with whoever that might be as have no way of contacting Pam.
