Yes Jack and I think like I said a while back it portrayed it in a lot of it's true nature especially the killing of prisoners.
The graphics on the cannon shots was a little overdone unless they used orange tracers all the time but otherwise a good film and surprisingly shot (no pun) in a county in England not that far from where I come from.

Tracers rounds are every 5th round.
Many didn't like or use tracer rounds because it also showed where the shooter was.

yes Jack very interesting technology as my Dad who was a gun layer (25 pounder) in the Royal Artillery during WW2 in Egypt said they fired tracer ordinance not often at all and only when they were engaging tanks.

A gun layer is if you are wondering is the man who winds the handles that elevate or depress the angle of the shell trajectory as ordered by the officer in charge of the weapon.

If you are interested this is a link and the gun was supposedly getting close to be as good as the German 88mm which of course is almost the same caliber, as a good all round (no pun) multi purpose artillery piece. Ordnance QF 25-pounder - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Go figure a WW-II war movie with lots of shooting. What is next; a cooking movie with lots of food?
    WW-II
I'd hope a cooking movie also had a plot.
Maybe the movie had been hyped up too much but I wasn't as negative as this review

Somebody likes American Snipper. It's selling like hotcakes.
I haven't seen it yet but I will. I have a lot of respect for snippers. The North Vietnamese had a bounty on Carlos's head.
Many of his kills were not confirmed because he was behind enemy lines and other than the enemy no one was there to confirm the kills.

Read the book 93 Confirmed Kills. A true story about Carlos Hathcock.
Their are no movies but lots of short videos on line.

These are a few videos. Use them without the quotes. ("")

    Well maybe.

Is a movie a video or is a video a movie is the question.
