How about weight gain?
I'm want to quit a 2 pack a day habit completely and I've tried quitting more times than I can count. On my last attempt I cut back to a pack a day and put on 50 lbs in a couple of months. Clothes are more expensive than tobacco and trading one health risk for another is not acceptable for me.
Does vaping help eliminate the urge to gorge on chow or constantly snack?
