How long do they last? Surely they can only take a certain number of charges before they die.

Don't you need 2, else you will be stuck while it is charging.
From what I gather the battery should last a year easy. At 40gbp I consider that fair.

You can use it while it's charging.

Yes, its whats refered to as sub Ohm vaping.

And although there may be some, generally speaking, a Variable Voltage/wattage mod like many we have been discussing are going to want at least a 1.2 Ohm, and will not fire below that. Or some may be limited to 1 Ohm. And you can get or build upwards of 3.0 Ohm if you want.

    Thats because they have limiters.

Typically you'd go with a mechanical mod for sub Ohms, which have no limiters. They will fire as low or high as you want and have a greater range of power settings.
But you'd need to have a really good high drain battery with these too. You will also most likey be wrapping your own coils on a rebuildable with one of these to.

Sub Ohms have little to no resistance. They heat nearly instantaneously, and will provide a hotter vape.
Never got into Sub Ohm myself, but I know many seem to love it.

For 99% of us out here though, I think a variable will more than satisfy.

Personally, I like something around 1.3 - 1.6 Ohm. In that ballpark and 4.0-4.5V depending on the flavor. But we will all vary here.
Right now im at 1.5 Ohm and 4.0V because I find it's perfect for the juice I'm vaping ATM. Every juice will be different.
Deadly Sin on this 1.5 coil I'll set to 4.3v

Keep in mind too, once you have a mod you're happy with, the next step will be finding that perfect tank to go with it if its stock one isn't doing it for you.
Or clear-o-mizers. Lots of people like these too.

Lots of options here. from ones that focus on maximum flavor, to maximum vapor production to something more balanced.

No, it was from an Amazon vendor. I bought it real early Monday morning. It said it would be shipped that day, then today it said it would be shipped today. Then late today it said tomorrow, I have just played this game before. They took my money Monday. so, I know I'm being impatient, but you can't play a game if they keep moving the goalposts. They can either ship it tomorrow or refund the money. Whatever they want. I did this once before with a $8 cable I needed to build a computer. A week later it was it will be shipped today. I ordered 3 other things at the same time. They are to be delivered tomorrow. It isn't the item or the money, with me. It's the games they play. I don't play games. Tell me when you are shipping and ship that day. I'm fine with that no matter when it is, pretty much. But, don't play games. I know half the people here think I'm being a butt, but that's OK, just say what you are going to do, then do it. That's not hard.

I love Amazon, but thats why I make sure that anything I order is marked 'Ships and Sold by Amazon"
Or, in some instances if I do use a 3rd party thats its marked sold by XXXX and Fullfilled by Amazon.

Amazon is usually pretty quick at shipping, and if its in the warehouse, 3rd party or not, it goes out pretty quick.
If the 3rd party is doing the shipping, Amazon is really out of the loop I think other than billing. Get Amazon involved. Maybe they can push the vendor.

Wishmaster, I am the same way about Amazon, but when I did a search for it, there was only 1 listing for it, and that was a third party vendor. It was only $40, so I said heck, I've gambled more money than that before. I decided to take a chance and ordered it. But, I have learned that even if it says fulfilled by Amazon, they give you the spiel about the same return policy as Amazon, but in fact it is the vendors return policy. Amazon will say there is nothing they can do. Sure, most of the time there is no problem, but it's still up to the vendor. Amazon won't do anything.

Thanks Mike, but I sort of thought I was. But, I just expect people to do what the tell me they will do. Strangest thing happened though. About 2 hours after I sent that letter, I received a notice that my package had been mailed. Maybe, sometimes being a butt helps move things along.

Right, Mike, I don't like waiting for stuff either. But, when they lie to me, no more MR. Nice Guy.

Thanks Bob, it's a shame everyone else doesn't believe that. But, I'm glad you do.
