    Thank you Derek,
I'm on 12 hours now no sigs I believe I'll be fine,
Volcano is pretty good I must agree with you on that one need a closer retailer though Hawaii

Thankfully other retails for juices are here locally or at least really in the u.s.
The description of these juices are just weird reading them at the retailers sites to me anyway ?
    Cheers.

Yeah, it's a steep curve learning about the juices for me.

I was just reading this here,

The Ultimate Breakdown of PG vs VG E Juices

Which kind of runs down the ratios pretty good.

About ready to try this place and this juice, (Just going on the reviews, I'll try the 70/30) I need my throat hit.

    American Tobacco - VistaVapors, Inc.

I hear you on that closer retailer, volcano does have a store about 15 miles from me, might be a while before I make it over there.

I got the volcano juice and extra coils along with a few other items all at the same time, shipping was about as quick as with the deadly sin which took almost a week on this last order.

from the looks of things we may need to change the title of this thread to: 'The Official Deadly Sin Fan Club"

LOL It does seem to be one of those flavors many like. Even for those like me that aren't particularly tobacco flavor fans.

At any count, congrats to everyone!! It's great seeing it work for so many. The longer you stay with it the easier it gets. That first week or so will be the toughest IMHO. For me, it was about breaking physical habits more than anything. The simple act of lighting one up and walking around with my little Schnauzzer. It was just such a set habit it was hard to break for me.

One other thing to keep in mind for those chasing that "throat hit".
I need some as well, but like mine a bit on the mild side. Though I know at first a harsher one is often craved.
The breakdown of blends does make a difference. 70/30 etc.

BUT, the actual flavor itself has a impact as well. By that I mean, take 2 blends that are 70PG/30VG with the same nic level. One flavor may be perfect and a second will be harsh.
Nic level adds to it a bit as well. The higher the nic, the more throat hit.

Although that mix is the main culprit there are other factors that contribute. You'll get the hang of it in time though. Look at Deadly sin. It's a 50/50 blend and has IMHO, a pretty spot on throat hit. At least for my personal preference.

I've tried a couple more flavors from my Zample box, and theres a couple in there that are really good, but sadly not that satisfying because the have no throat hit at all. The Mad Mikes Personal Assistant was really good. HUGE Clouds. But it just didn't have any real throat hit.
Fortunately, I can dilute it a bit with some PG and strengthen it a bit. Im thinking this might be a 80VG mix ... Ill research and see. very smooth though and tasty. Just lacking in the throat hit.

I believe somewhere along the line you have to ask yourself,
Are you vaping more or less than you were smoking
Costs and health are a good enough reason to vapor but is the habit just switching to something your doing more ?

When I smoke I smoke the same thing they were not flavored....

I have to go back to what John said a while back,
Not a quote Does vaporing just morph into a wild hobby "healthier hobby" which by the way the jury is still out on that one there's not enough history there,

I still have the same smoking intervals albeit now replaced with vaporing instead.

Another little interesting tidbit I wasn't aware of, vaping will dehydrate you,

How To Improve The Flavor of Your E Juice

    2. You’re dehydrated

Vaping can cause you to become dehydrated. If this is the cause of your vaper’s tongue, just rehydrate and you should be able to taste again.
@Jessie, are you saying you have your own separate PG that you can add to the other liquids?

Yep, I'm a deadly sin fan as well, haven't had any for a couple days, I'm about ready for some.

Yep that might also be tied to just how much do you vape

Yes. Where I mix my own Ejuices often I have all the base mixes, VG, PG, and Nicotine as well as tons of flavor concentrates. So I can mix a bottle of juice from scratch or alter vender ones.

Adding PG will thin out a juice thats got too much VG for my taste and add a throat hit. I can also mix it with Nic and raise the nic level a bit too. or add pure VG to high PG blends to smooth them out.
The downside to doing this however is it essentially dilutes the Ejuice causing it to loose some flavor. So it needs to be done sparingly.
But I've been experimenting with a better idea.

Vendor juices I like the flavor of, but not satisfies with throat hit, vapor production whatever, I try and replicate as close as possible mixing my own version of it,.. It's seldom ever 100% accurate but I can often get pretty close (for the most part)
Then, mix the Vendor Juice and mine together. The result is double the amount that tastes pretty darn close to the original.

Essentially what I do, is say I have a good one but very high in VG and no throat hit (or not good enough for me). I'll get the flavor of my homebrew as close as I can to the original, but mix it as a higher PG ratio. 70PG/30VG for example if its a 80VG/20PG juice.
By the time I mix the 2 together I'll be closer to 50/50.
Not sure this will work well with all flavors but had a little success with a few.

DIY truly is a lot of fun. But it'll take some research at first and trial and error. If anyone decides to give it a try, I'd start off with some decent recipies from others before diving in trying to create your own.
Gives you a good idea how it all works and you'll get decent results first try, which can be encouraging. Rather then a disappointing possible failure or horrible mix as your first experience with it.

I still do Zamplebox and purchase a few vendor juices. But maybe one day, when I get good enough at it I'll move to only mixing my own. I don't have the skills or enough good recipies to rely only on my own at the moment.
