Thanks Mike and Steve. I am happy with myself making it through the day. I even had a pack of Marlboro's in my truck in case it didn't work for me. I've been smoking for about 34 years and have tried to quit before. I tried the gum, tried cold turkey, but never really wanted to quit as I enjoy it. With vaping I think I have a chance.

I can warn about one brand I looked into. I am still getting junk mail for them even now for trial membership deals. You pay shipping only until they get your credit information and then automatically charge for refills for stuff not only overpriced but is crap! Stick with the US vendors if you live in the states. Yet I've ordered from a few reliable places in Hong Kong as well with a PayPal account. A few note.

Reminds me that I need to ask someone about something a bit later. That in regards to a list of vendors I've dealt with so far and have had positive dealings with them. Have to run it by the staff here first however.

By the way they do have e-cigars and e-pipes. I tried out one but it had plastic inserts and was automatic while now I am looking at a manual soon to come with 510/eGo threading and variable wattage! Have some led clearomizers that will look interesting on it! Wooden body style coming out from Smoktech.

Equipment and eliquid will become two important factors each having their own preferences over time. My interest at first when having another smoker pick up a couple of disposables for me was to see how they were as well as worked and if they would be good for me as far as menthol. I smoked menthols due that putting severe allergies under control lawn grasses, dandelion, ragweed(this fall being the worst fall for me), etc. where I have to have some of antihistimine for a super nose! Been putting up with that since I was about 10yrs. old. After a half ccentury finally a smoke free alternative found to work!

For others simply getting rid of a nasty trash can stench of a habit and living healthier is the key issue. Some will prefer to stay with the smaller cigarette size with led on end type while others want the rdas to make clouds with. Here I stepped up the watts at times not only for steamy menthol but when something tastes too sweet I bring it up a few notches and away we go!

The disposable cartridge ones are okay and are more of a natural feeling small discreet type,
The bad thing is they die quicker than they advertise so costs are double what they show,
Not sure about the one Doug got though,
He'll have to update us on when it dies

I think we'd all appreciate what you can share as far as good and bad vendors.

It depends on just what disposable you end up with! For me I tried the Logic menthol and that had some form of sweet lemon twist to it and along with myself the other friends did not like them at all! We went with Bloog brand starter kits I nanded three kits out as holiday gifts back in 2012 and they went much better.

I was the one who first tried the Bloog 650mah size batteries and later moved up to the Vamo V2 and eGo batteries before the Variable voltage and wattage stuff came along. They now carry the eGo CE5 batteries with usb charger cheap($6.99) less then half of the price first seen on them($18-) in two years time as the variables are starting to come with some vendors at least. Others I question however since I see some price gouging!

Well derekmo I first would need to clear some of this by either Brink or John if you follow me about that. I want them to approve things with a look at them and then can make some suggestions.
