I had it going at about 11am Wednesday, 12th,
    Used it until 1pm today
So I'm not quite sure it was a full 5 days but a long 4
I was using it a bit more than I usually would
You know what it's like to get a new toy :)
If I remember right there was almost 800 puffs

That zippo mod looks good. I'm trying to decide on a tank for the Vamo. It comes with 2 CE4's.
Has anyone tried one of these Silo

Beyond Vape Silo Tank Kit with BVC [bv-silo-tan-bvc-kit] - $35.00 : Beyond Vape, Electronic Cigarettes, Premium Vaporizers, Premium Vaping Products

I like the tips on the iClear 30's

    https://www.fasttech.com/products/3006/10009372/1512900
I gave away the two IClear 30s one I ordered along with a Vision Victory and SMOK Trophy tank after finding none put out the vapor that the SMOK Tumblers did later when going to try those out! One of the Clear 30Bs came included with the MVP at the time while the other three came in first when deciding I needed something other then the older top coiled long wicked 1.6ml clearomizers!

The Aspire Nautilus will be getting a look later today however when the Vape Mail comes in! That along with the Dr Who Tardis wrap for the MVP were both ordered late last week and are on schedule to make the comparison of tanks. I'll be comparing the air flow control on that up against the Aero mini and Mega tanks which didn't do so well for that brand's air flow.

Now for the other which was bought more as a pun as it replaced the old genuine Zippo brand lighter no less! ahhaaa... I paid the full $20 price at the time for the Vapage eCiggo w/4 Classic 18mg Cartomizers & USB Charger that came with some not so good as expected prefilled cartridges and found it was 808 threaded where I could use Bloog refillable blanks on it instead! Blank Cartomizers They did come 5 or 10 per box with bubble packs and take 15-20 small drops of whatever flavor you choose Bloog or other.

Later on when trying out a pair of 808 to 510 extension/adapter I stuck a few large tanks on for some curious snapshots!

Yep the swivel tips are good and gives you another option for how much to tilt the device when fluid is low or your in a recliner chair or laying down...
Fortunately they are sold separately from the tanks too

Button still shows Green and on day 5 :)
If it shows green after 5 days time at 800mah you don't actually vape a lot! Typically with a 2.5ml or large tank on the iTaste VV v3.0s which are also 800mah but variable voltage/wattage batteries I won't be able to finish a day in about a day and a half of steady vaping> Yet I will dust off about 4-5ml daily between a menthol and second flavor on average.

Now for the incoming epipe on the way a swivel tip or longer tip with a tllted angle at the top part would provide a nice feel! I ordered some more led clearomizers someone pointed me at a year ago that have an almost pipe tip rather then the usual 510 drip tip. The first had blue leds while the latest since these are disposables have the green led instead. Green Rocket Sax LED Clearomizer

Here's a look at one of the blue led S clearomizers from another vendor I got last year.

SmokenJoey's site down for maintanence so I had to look those up at another vendor with a bit of a higher price seen at Rocket E-Sax Clearomizer

Looks like a good time for a back up
5 days is good. What kind of backup are you thinking of?
One advice I tend to give people is always buying two or more of the smaller mah size batteries to have a spare ready to go at any time. And in case one lets go you still have the others to work with! When going for the v3.0s last year's Black Friday, Monday and holiday discount sales going on I ended up with four of the v3.0s Yet I ended up going with the eGo-V V3 and lately V4 Mega batteries 1300mah preferred.

Back in the fall of 2012 when first starting out I was running into batteries from Bloog that were DOA! The 78mm automatics that were ordered as spares to those that came with the kits found some bad there as well as a friend's holiday gift having one of the two DOA.

Then I went for the shorter 65mm(found reliable) and later before the first "Big Boy" Vamo V2 "Hey look at that hookah!" a friend wise cracked at first sight I ended sticking with the 102mm manual batteries as well as their rebranded 1.6ml clearomizers once I started getting into larger tanks over dripping 20 drops which you go through too fast!

For a good reference at this time for not wanting to turn things up but have a battery that will surpass the iTaste CLK's 800 the new SMOK by Smoktech Aro Winder 2000mah battery should last weeks at a time for the light vaping habits! SMOK Aro Winder 2000mAh VV/VW Battery They variable wattage as well as VV but are still much like any Twist style battery only with the improved button compared to the old wobbly thing on the neck of the eGo batteries. $24 at the monent and likely to be 40% off of that price with the BF discounts coming up in two weeks!

The other option whether you want to turn it down or up while still wanting a little more then a Twist type battery like the other there would be the V4s which start off at 3v 3watts and go upto 6v 15watts. A Canadian vendor located near Niagra Falls, NY has them priced at $23 and they can turned on to vape with while plugged in to recharge as pass through type batteries just like the iTaste VV v3.0s. They also have the ohm meter feature. Go-V v4 1300 mAh Premium Variable Voltage / Wattage Battery by GreenVaper

    I did find it interesting
The coil that came with the cheap tank on the itaste had the wick sticking out a little bit on all four holes so it actually looks rebuildable apposed to the replacement coils for the nautilus mini are simply disposables and don't show the wick

The guy said I could use any coil I wanted,
He also said the coils after three days would die depending on usage....
It's still going pretty good on the original and I haven't used the cheap tank yet very much,
I did increase it by .1 to 3.4 and .5 to P6.5 and it does work better after 5 days on the same coil,

I don't know what "you can use any coil means"
The replacement 5 pack disposables were 17.99 some sites show 12.99,
It is odd that the inferno's coils lasted 3 weeks and these were said to last 3 days

So far I have found the Aspire BVC coils for the Nautilus to last a minimum of 2 weeks.

You need to be careful when ordering mate. The ones in both the links you posted are not for the Nautilus. There are 2 different types of BVC coils.

The ones in your link are BVC coils but are designed for all the non Nautilus tanks by Aspire. Just be sure to read the description in both as it should state which they are for.

They look visibly different too. The picture on the left is the correct BVC coil for the nautilus tanks.

Personally I always go for the 1.8ohm coils. They seemed to give a nicer vape compared to the 1.6ohm ones. It usually has what ohm they are printed in small lettering on the coil itself if you ever need to check yours.

Thanks Steve pretty good deal saved,
I have to say that that page also defaults to the 1.6 instead of the 1.8's :/
    Very odd :/
